1. Although the household solar power equipment produces direct current, it will still be dangerous due to its high power, especially during the day. Therefore, after the factory installs and debugs, please do not touch or change important parts casually.
2. It is forbidden to place flammable liquids, gases, explosives and other dangerous goods near household solar power generation equipment to avoid explosions and damage to solar photovoltaic modules.
3. Please do not cover the solar modules when working with solar power equipment at home. The cover will affect the power generation of the solar modules and reduce the service life of the solar modules.
4. Regularly clean the dust on the inverter box. When cleaning, only use dry tools to clean, so as not to cause electricity connection. If necessary, remove the dirt in the ventilation holes to prevent the excessive heat caused by the dust and damage the performance of the inverter.
5. Please do not step on the surface of solar modules, so as not to damage the external tempered glass.
6. In case of fire, please stay away from solar power equipment, because even if the solar modules are partially or completely burned and the cables are damaged, the solar modules may still generate dangerous DC voltage.
7. Please install the inverter in a cool and ventilated place, not in an exposed or poorly ventilated place.
Cable protection method for solar power equipment
1. The cable should not run under overload conditions, and the lead wrap of the cable should not expand or crack. The position where the cable enters and exits the equipment should be well sealed, and there should be no holes with a diameter greater than 10mm.
2. There should be no perforation, cracks and obvious unevenness at the opening of the cable protection steel pipe, and the inner wall should be smooth. The cable pipe should be free from severe corrosion, burrs, hard objects, and waste.
3. The accumulation and waste in the outdoor cable shaft should be cleaned up in time. If the cable sheath is damaged, it should be dealt with.
4. Ensure that the cable trench or cable well cover is intact, there is no water or debris in the trench, the water-free support in the trench should be strong, rust-free, and loose, and the sheath and armor of the armored cable are not severely corroded.
5. For multiple cables laid in parallel, the current distribution and temperature of the cable sheath should be checked to avoid poor contact causing the cable to burn out the connection point.
